- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM AEST are processed the same business day.
- Processing Duration: Most orders are prepared within 0-2 business days (Monday through Friday). During busy periods or unusual circumstances, processing may take a bit longer.
- Shipping Timeframe: Once your order leaves our facility, it arrives within 6-10 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by unforeseen events.
- Complimentary Shipping: Free shipping is available on all orders within Australia.
Handling and Shipment Process
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Orders are then prepared for shipment within 0-2 business days (Monday-Friday). During peak periods, processing times may extend slightly. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent so you can monitor its progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Delivery occurs within 5-9 business days after dispatch, though timing may vary depending on your location and courier schedules. We aim to get your items to you promptly and safely.
Handling Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, we suggest checking your tracking information and allowing an additional 2 business days. If it still hasn’t been delivered, reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll look into it promptly.
Cancelling an Order
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@zadevi.com. Orders can typically only be canceled before processing or shipping. Once an order is in process or has been shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the standard return procedure will apply after delivery.
Wrong or Damaged Items
Despite careful handling, errors or damage can occasionally occur. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please send an email to support@zadevi.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or correction to ensure your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners to help ensure orders arrive safely and smoothly. Depending on your location and shipping option, your package may be delivered by Australia Post, Aramex, Sendle, or CouriersPlease. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your shipment along the way.
