Refunds

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@zadevi.com. Orders that have started processing may not be cancellable, and in that case, our standard return procedure will apply.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives broken or incorrect, email photos of the issue to support@zadevi.com. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or correct item at no extra cost.
